Yes I had other stores who did that when they send the wrong product. I will only do if it's free like Amazon returns.
They could also send only the DVD, which is not very expensive...

Hello, I ordered an SD Media Launcher from Datel UK website but I received an NTSC version and I have a PAL Gamecube :( So I asked the support to send me the right product (as I expect a PAL country to send PAL products) yesterday and I'm waiting for an answer (i hope they have a good and comprehens...
