Yes this is not the same card : i'm swapping a SD for a SDHC. Unfortunatelly i can't test swapping a SD for another SD because i have only one SD card.

Ok so swapping the SD card (with or without unplugging) at the device selection screen is still showing the files of the first SD card. The issue is confirmed by megalomaniac. He said on IRC that swapping the SD card with an empty gecko or without anything in the slot is still showing the files.

If you just want emulators, SD Media Launcher is great i think. You don't need to burn discs, you can load things from SD.
