Re: Multi-Disc

Wow! That's so great and easy to use now. Thanks to you and everyone working on the project.

Also just to clarify can I replace "MyGame" with the name of the actual game?

Thanks again

Multi-Disc

Hi guys, So I've been stuck at the disc swap fight in Tales of Symphonia for a couple years now. I heard that the most recent versions of Swiss once again support multi disc and was wondering what the process would be for the actual disc swap? Is there a new method now? I just don't want to have to ...

Re: BBA Cloning

Yeah by some basic visual inspection the circuit on the BBA board is really simple there is only one or two other major components that we need. Also Sierron, where did you find the Docs for the the Chip? All the providers and spec sheet databases that I checked are missing this particular model (no...

BBA Cloning

Hi guys,

So I noticed that there were a few vendors on Alibaba selling IC's with the same serial number as the MX chips found on the Broadband Adapter (mx98730ec). I won't be able to order any currently but maybe this is a starting point to cloning the BBA?

Re: Interference?

Hey thanks for the help guys I just figured out my problem. Basically my problem was the 1.8v line came loose. The reason why the problem was fixed when I adjusted the regulators was due to me pulling the regulators out to inspect them and in the process shifted the 1.8v wire into a more stable posi...

Re: Interference?

Thanks for the reply emu, that makes a bit more sense because it would be strange that interference only effects the bottom half of the screen ...
and also I forgot the mention that as far as I can tell the problem get's worse the longer I turn on the cube would that happen for a short?

Interference?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows why I might be getting this kind of problem. It looks a little bit too extreme to just be normal interference. I'm wondering if it might be my regulators because it occasionally doesn't happen (usually after I mess around with a regulator). https://www.gc-fore...

By the way if anyone know's where the texture files for link's green clothes in Wind Waker are, I would totally appreciate that.

EDIT: I can only find his pajamas.

texture editing

Hi guys, I was just wondering if there had been much work in making custom textures for gc and repackaging them into isos. From the looking around I've done it seems like there are some texture packs out there but mostly for use with dolphin and very little in recreating the disc image files. Thanks...

Re: ~ The Homeland Project ~

Hello guys, Sorry about the major necro but about removing the Japanese characters from the rest of the "garage" I might have a solution. Because each character is assigned a Unicode value (or some other system similar to what you can do in html) and foreign characters are usually have hig...

Re: GC custom peripherals

hm... on the libOGC documentation the highest EXI device frequency listed is 32 MHz http://libogc.devkitpro.org/group__exi__speed.html Ok now after reading YAGCD and the libogc documentation, I'm confused as to what the hi speed port actually is. Under YAGCD 2.4.1 Connectors, there is a "High S...

GC custom peripherals

Hi guys, So I'm interested in making custom peripherals for the Gamecube and the Hi Speed Port and Serial Port seem to have a lot of potential (besides controller ports of course). I just wanted to know if there is much support for this kind of stuff in the libogc libraries and such. If not I guess ...

Re: GameCube Memory Card & SD Gecko Diagrams

Hi Kinect, if you don't want to bother with the cutting you can actually just solder right to the points right before the caps and resistors effectively bypassing them. I did that on the WKF adaptor and it works fine.

I actually have been having the same problems as larbysniper. I boot mplayer.dol (latest version) from Swiss (Wasp SD port) and it boots "normally" but there is no menu whatsoever. I have an internally wired gc memory card in slot A and an sd gecko in slot B. I've also tried booting mplaye...

Re: GameCube Fusion, rev 4. (worklog)

Sorry a bit of a necro :\ But anyway really cool stuff ashen. I had a quick question but have you tested the cases you've made against a little bit of heat? Before I started this hobby I made plastic models and sometimes people would buy resin kits made from the same kind of material you are using. ...
