Re: SD Media LAuncher problems

I have a SD Media Launcher that I just bought a couple of months ago (because the first one broke :x) The newest versions of all the emulators work perfectly fine for me. The problem is probably with your SD card. Also, are you using the SD Media Launcher on a Wii? That could be causing the problems.

Re: Can someone tell me if im asking too much?

You're not likely to trade it for a Wii. You're better off selling the computer for cash, then buying a Wii.

Re: Wii ISO Booter for GC

emu_kidid wouldn't make a Wii iso booter for GameCube; he's too busy working on a booter for PS4 games.

GC-Linux

I'm sorry if this has been asked before (I looked and didn't see that it had), but how would I go about running GC-Linux straight from my SD-card? I have seen some tutorials, but they were either incomplete, or lacked necessary files. Actually, I just want GC-Linux to use Stella-GC (Atari 2600 emula...

That's a good price. Do you have to burn a disc for XenoGC to boot dols?

Re: Swiss feature requests

I'd love to see an in-game reset; swapping discs and SD cards all the time is getting to be a pain. I would also love to see booting Swiss directly from the memory card (like Free-Mcboot on the PS2). I believe emu_kidid said something about that in the main Swiss thread.

Re: Swiss 0.1

The video test doesn't work. I'm still getting black screen issues even though my SD card is defragmented and I'm using a normal retail game in the drive. I'm trying to boot games people have confirmed working to no luck. My GameCube is a DOL-001, if that helps any.

Re: Swiss 0.1

I can't get any game running whatsoever. I've tried multiple games that people have said worked. I've tried different SD cards, different boot discs, different versions of the same game to no luck. SD-Boot 0.4 RC4 works great and many of the games that don't work on Swiss work on SD-Boot. So I know ...

Re: My proposal of BACKGROUND for new SD-BOOT

It's nice, but I don't think that when it's released it's going to be called SD-Boot. I believe Emu_kidid said something about it in his blog a couple of months back.

Re: SD-Boot non-working games list

Ok, I'm running final not RC4. Is there anyway you can give me a link to v.4 RC4 (unless RC4 isn't the newest)?

EDIT: I found v.4 RC4 and I'm still having the same errors with the same games as before. So far no change in compatibility for me.

I don't change any settings in SD-Boot either.
0.4 RC4 is newer than 0.4 final.
How can you tell the difference between them? I'm not sure which one I have.

SDHC on SD-Boot

I have several regular SD cards that work fine with SD-Boot v.4 Final, but I was wanting to get a bigger card and I've heard conflicting stories whether or not SDHC cards work with SD-Boot. I just want to make sure that they do work with v.4 Final before I buy.

Thanks in advance :D

Re: SD-Boot non-working games list

Kirby Air Ride works perfect on .4 final. I also don't know what other people were talking about; WarioWare and Metroid Prime work great although it (Metroid Prime) suffers from some occasional framerate slowdowns. I've also found that Luigi's Mansion doesn't work as it goes straight to black after ...
