Re: Where do I start...
Is the swapping of the card an issue other people have had with it not recognizing the new card in slot B?

Re: Where do I start...
I would run the SD Gecko in Slot B but i had to move it to slot A when it gets to the stage where it asks 'SD slot via SD Gecko' as it wasn't noticing the swap of the SD card to the 32gb SDHC, when i pulled the wiikey out and tried it in Slot A it recognized the 32gb SDHC Card and played the game (Z...

Re: Where do I start...
I thought i'd try moving it to slot A after getting to where i choose SD Gecko, and voila, it works. Only problem is that when i want to save a game it wants to save it to slot A and no slot B, and as the WiiKey is in there i'm a bit buggered. Also, I've tried a couple of games so far, one of them s...

Re: Where do I start...
I've went back to the menu but still no joy, it just keeps seeing the 2gb instead of the 32gb. Is this to do with the R256? Should i try a different one?

Re: Where do I start...
Hi all, Just an update on how i am getting along. Well i now have the SDML the the WiiKey. The SDML came first so i thought i would try it out on that first, so when i first had a quick look around all i could find was the R174 build (didn't know about the nightly build at this point), so i put that...

Re: Where do I start...
Right, i've just got myself a cheap Gamecube, I've ordered my SDML and the wiiSD adapter. I'm just wondering does it matter the make of SDXC that i get? And lastly is there a link to the homebrew that i need to put on the 2gb card that comes with the adapter? Thanks again everyone for all the input,...

Re: Where do I start...
Am I right in saying I can just download the sdml and burn it to a disc or am I better off with an original sdml disc? I've noticed that isozone have one you can download.
Thanks

Re: Where do I start...
I'm sorry for all the silly questions, like i said i'm very much a noob when it comes to the Gamecube. If i remember rightly Cleanrip would rip an original to the SD Card, but as I already have some backed up games on mini discs from years gone by, would these work with the homebrew on SDML or do ba...

Re: Where do I start...
Thanks for the help both. My only issue with chipping is that i can't solder for toffee :) I tried it once and made a right pigs ear of it. The only way i could get it chipped is if i bought one pre-chipped or got someone to do it for me. So basically the only good thing about SDML is the disc, the ...

Re: Where do I start...
Hi All, I'm very much a noob to the Gamecube, i had one in the past but didn't get to have it for long. I just have a few questions if that ok? 1. Is the Datel SD Media Launcher the best for me to get or should i go down the chipping route? 2. If i do use the SD Media Launcher will all games work or...
