Re: Latest Datel Action Replay on Japanese Gamecube?
I don't know which is the latest version, but one that displays the year 2003 and says Made in England will run on a Japanese Gamecube and has Freeloader in the menu. I tested it with Baten Kaitos Origins NTSC version and it seemed to work fine. I was using a component video cable and I don't know ...

Is the latest GC Action replay disc region free? Does anyone know if it has a Freeloader ability as well?

Re: Bringing back the USB Gecko!
Does this include the 512KB flash chip? Because nobody ever uses that (besides me for personal stuff), if it's more than a couple of bucks I'd say leave it off (and get rid of the nand commands). It does, the chip costs around $5 CAD if I remember right. http://www.gc-forever.com/wiki/index.php?tit...

Re: Bringing back the USB Gecko!
i looked into making some USB Gecko last year when i wanted to do some debugging... i bought the parts needed for it to make a small run of 10 units... after doing some research on it, i decided to hold off for a while and not to go thru with the build due to the reported inconsistencies of the pos...

Bringing back the USB Gecko!
So my first couple posts were me asking questions regarding the USB Gecko and of course getting some made. So I'm gonna introduce myself now to get comfortable with you guys. I usually go by Mathew_Wi, but yeah, I didn't think I'd be participating on this board so I used another alias. But off...

Re: USB Gecko PCB Information
I'd say it's better if you make it thinner as you'd just need to pad it with some plastic underneath near the EXI connector. If you get it working please let us know, from what I know the code on the googlecode page isn't complete/up to date? I went with 1.6mm which is the width of a gold finger bo...

USB Gecko PCB Information
I've been looking at building a USB Gecko myself, and ran into the problem of what the thickness of the PCB is? Can someone assist me in finding out? I know it's between 0.5mm and 1.6mm

USB Gecko
I'm not sure if this is the right area for this. I'm basically looking for a USB Gecko. They have become so scarce, and I can't find one. Does anyone here want to sell me theirs? Or perhaps tell me if there is one for sale somewhere?
