There are many reports of problems involving the PS2/Games/Memory Card. No tool will work miracles on this.
In this specific case, the GameCube is in a different league.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN/WIIRD/NTSC-U)
Seems to crash my game Assuming you did the conversion correctly, it should work. I used this code for years. But I had to stop using it because of Swiss. Some pointers and ASM may stop working depending on the version. If that's your case, the only thing left to do is ask the author of this topic ...

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN/WIIRD/NTSC-U)
thats for the wii version Yes, I hadn't noticed. But almost all the code from the link above already exists for the GameCube version. Anyway, I found what you need: https://www.kodewerx.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=439&sid=355cfe1edb3fdaf2d51e5c8f33b5ace8&start=60 You just need to dec...

Re: SNES9XGX vs. SNES9XRX
I think it's been 2 years since I last tried to find the best version of this emulator. If there haven't been any changes, SNES9XTX remains the best.

Re: FIFA 2005 Save Exploit
I wonder why the FIFA accepted such naming, knowing that no letter stands for soccer in F.I.F.A. that's a huge nonsense. It's a naming pattern EA used back then. To make it similar to "John Madden Football". I always considered it redundant. But there are thousands of cases... It's just a...

Re: Beginner questions
Hello everyone I'm new to the scene here so I just have some questions I have a GC loader that I got from Black dog tech and that's all installed with its new shell but I'm wondering if I need to get an sd2sp2 to go along with it? I have a 128 GB micro SD card that I had initially assumed would jus...

Re: playstation 2 vs switch sale.
It probably wasn't our fault. Unlike the GameCube, I don't remember a single year when it wasn't better to go to Paraguay, import officially or use the black market than to buy the version manufactured here. Most sales are in other countries, both directly and indirectly. The rest of the sales here ...

Re: Is my GC's Serial Port 2 damaged?!
Yes, read-only mode for that specific one, but I have a 64GB that I used for my dumps, and a 4GB from a Nokia E72 that totally died, I think it's because of using them with VirtualBox and not doing things properly when switching from host to virtual machine. I think my EZFlash JR's 2GB card is not ...

Re: Is my GC's Serial Port 2 damaged?!
You meant read-only mode, right? I think it's easier for the camera to stop working than for the card to not be recognized. That's what I expect from my oldest working card in a Nokia C2-00.

Re: Is my GC's Serial Port 2 damaged?!
...Now that I've heard 2GB cards aren't ideal anymore I don't feel so bad about losing the card anymore, but I was still amazed it was reading/writing stuff well over a decade later. There's no reason to feel bad about losing a card. They are, by nature, very fragile. For what we're doing here, we ...

Re: Is my GC's Serial Port 2 damaged?!
The 2GB SD card issue is real. I thought it was a problem and I'd have to return it. When I used the 200GB one, it worked without any problems. I'm wondering if it's a GameCube issue or the adapter. In any case, 2GB isn't an option these days. And I still had to troubleshoot the bad connection. I th...

For personal reasons, I prefer to access websites through Firefox 45.
Thank God, I don't need to add this site to Thorium's list. I hope this stays the case forever.

Re: Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut (GCN/WIIRD/NTSC-U)
Ralf can make a code that mute the 1-Up Extra Life jingle sound (example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JZD21ayaWc) because it can get really annoying when using the infinite rings code. Or you can change the value of the rings so you don't get an extra life every time. Maybe 9 rings. If I unders...

Re: The Struggling Emulators (N64, PS1, NEO GEO, MAME)
...I am convinced there never was a version that truly ran on gamecube without the audio glitches. And the audio glitches I believe have to do with desync. You're probably right. I've never prioritized audio quality. I just want to be able to finish the game and have all save-related functions work...

Re: The Struggling Emulators (N64, PS1, NEO GEO, MAME)
...The Sega CD. Super interesting library of games I never thought I'd be that interested in. Most all of the games however suffer from audio stuttering due to the limitation of cd audio reading from an sdgeck or sd2sp2, etc, or maybe even the hardware itself? I read in an old thread that getting a...

Re: GCN Disc Drive Motor not spinning despite working + Other Issues
Hello, thanks for your reply! First off, sorry if my wording was confusing on the main post. What I meant by swapping, I just tested DOL-001 laser on my DOL-101 motherboard and vice versa, I did not disassemble the lasers itself. (like a normal laser replacement). I also tried to clean the laser as...

Yes - using swiss and this code indeed works perfectly  can you also give the similar Invincible OFF(l+r) codes for X2 up to X6 games? thanks! It's not necessary. Did you notice that all these codes have the same structure? Look carefully at the conversion I made and I'm sure you can do it...

I started playing this game, X1 game. Above invincibility code works but the turning off with left trigger + right trigger doesnt work and its needed to be able to pass first boss who should kill me. Can you test above code? Master code let the gamecube crash Are you using Swiss? If so, please note...

There has been a version of Super Mario 64 running on the Master Quest emulator with save support for years. I've been playing with it since 2008.

Re: The Struggling Emulators (N64, PS1, NEO GEO, MAME)
...Klonoa... Unfortunately, it is not possible to finish it. I think that in the last form of the last boss the GameCube will restart. Something quite frustrating considering the time spent playing it. This also happens with the last three Goemon, Kaisoku Tenshi and Digimon Digital Card Battle. Pro...

Re: Is there any methods to apply cheats for the retroarch on gamcube?
It seems I cannot find cheat option in settings, and how can I apply cheats for retroarch, eg. with FBA core, how to apply cheats? It will take so much effort that it won't be worth it, in my opinion. You will have to decrypt the ROMs, inject the codes into ASM, encrypt them again and hope that no ...
