Re: The Struggling Emulators (N64, PS1, NEO GEO, MAME)
...The Sega CD. Super interesting library of games I never thought I'd be that interested in. Most all of the games however suffer from audio stuttering due to the limitation of cd audio reading from an sdgeck or sd2sp2, etc, or maybe even the hardware itself? I read in an old thread that getting a...

Re: GCN Disc Drive Motor not spinning despite working + Other Issues
Hello, thanks for your reply! First off, sorry if my wording was confusing on the main post. What I meant by swapping, I just tested DOL-001 laser on my DOL-101 motherboard and vice versa, I did not disassemble the lasers itself. (like a normal laser replacement). I also tried to clean the laser as...

Re: Megaman X Collection (GCN/ARM/NTSC-U)
Yes - using swiss and this code indeed works perfectly  can you also give the similar Invincible OFF(l+r) codes for X2 up to X6 games? thanks! It's not necessary. Did you notice that all these codes have the same structure? Look carefully at the conversion I made and I'm sure you can do it...

Re: Megaman X Collection (GCN/ARM/NTSC-U)
I started playing this game, X1 game. Above invincibility code works but the turning off with left trigger + right trigger doesnt work and its needed to be able to pass first boss who should kill me. Can you test above code? Master code let the gamecube crash Are you using Swiss? If so, please note...

Re: why there s no sm64 native port for GC?
There has been a version of Super Mario 64 running on the Master Quest emulator with save support for years. I've been playing with it since 2008.

...Klonoa... Unfortunately, it is not possible to finish it. I think that in the last form of the last boss the GameCube will restart. Something quite frustrating considering the time spent playing it. This also happens with the last three Goemon, Kaisoku Tenshi and Digimon Digital Card Battle. Pro...

...Star Fox : Didn't get past start menu, but runs great in injector. Just no save... I wish it just didn't save... It's impossible to finish Zoness. When you deal the first damage to the boss, the game will crash. Always. And it doesn't matter which injector or ROM version. And I think it's hard f...

Re: Is there any methods to apply cheats for the retroarch on gamcube?
It seems I cannot find cheat option in settings, and how can I apply cheats for retroarch, eg. with FBA core, how to apply cheats? It will take so much effort that it won't be worth it, in my opinion. You will have to decrypt the ROMs, inject the codes into ASM, encrypt them again and hope that no ...
Re: CubeSX
I think you must be forgetting some setting in -"manual"- for me it works in crisis 1 analog. And all the ones I played configure, not in Dpad, but in "analog", right, left etc. and manual menu signing. like that. You're talking about mapping the DPad to the analog stick. But I'...
Re: CubeSX
For rumble to work, the controller type needs to be set to "Analog". I've used rumble on a Wii Remote + Classic Controller Pro just fine in something like Street Fighter Alpha 3 (after enabling it in the game too). Arc the Lad II & III, Countdown Vampires and Dino Crisis are the ones ...
Re: CubeSX
Hello, I have a small problem. Everything works fine, but there is a setting that does not save. I map the controls, and they do not save. The control mapping file cannot be opened by Notepad. I exit the emulator and return to NGC homebrew, but it does not map. Other settings map. last cubeSX Even ...
Re: CubeSX
Once again, it was a controller problem. Well, I think this is normal for something I've been using since 2008.
Rumble and analog stick work perfectly after the repairs. When the game supports these functions, of course.

Re: Enhanced mGBA
we should not use decrypted codes with emgba? XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX ? you cannot share the full working code? It never made sense to me to use encrypted code in an emulator. But there are tools to help you. As I said, the code I improved probably has lines that other hackers have done in the past and I...
Re: CubeSX
boy, I downloaded the new version of Cubesx, and the emulator has really evolved a lot. I tested Final Fantasy 8 and 9. Boy! ran smooth! metal gear in PT-BR, translated that it stopped before, now it runs wonderfully. Did you manage to get the rumble to work? The analog control? I found it strange ...

I was playing the game on my Wii and it's an NTSC-U. The code provided from your link doesn't do anything on my end. So that is why I tried to improvised and by translate the code from the PAL version. Got it. Sometimes this type of ASM needs to be modified because the area is already being used de...

It's always a matter of time...

Re: Why does Nintendo use the term "Button" for the controller's R and L?
L & R have two modes. One is a traditional digital button.
So... it's a button.
Keeping the names is common. Sony didn't change it when it introduced pressure-sensing buttons on the PS2.
