Anyone got sonic gems to work on SD-Boot V0.4 RC4 or any other versions?

my wii is ntsc and i want to play luigis mansion but it only works for pal version on 0.3 is there a way i can play pal games on NTSC wii with sd-boot

i just wanted to use my old chao data and transfer them. turns out my iso was corrupt and i had to get a new iso. sorry for the long reply internet was off

im using sd-boot v0.4 RC4 and i checked to see if all my backups worked they all did but when i tried to play SADx again i stays at the loading screen and the dots dont move i didnt change any settings everythings default all my other backups work. ive deleted the sb0 file to and i still cant figure...
