Re: Internal wavebrid / need help in Basic Electronics

Oh man good news.. the following question for me is:

Where is "Ground" on the Gameboy Player?

Is it a special Pin or the metalshield ?

Do i connect the 4 Cables to those Pins on the Pic?

Re: Has anyone modded the LED on a wavebird controller?

Yeah these are 3 of my modded Wavebirds and i didn´t changed anything about the voltage. To be honest i don´t know exactly how much voltage the Controller is supporting to the LED. The blue LED was looking really nice but the yellowone on the Zeldastyled Controller is not as bright as i wished. (But...

Re: Has anyone modded the LED on a wavebird controller?

Hey Buster, it´s not really hard but as Carb0 already said, you should have some soldering skills and an "hot air soldering station" or atleast an "Heat gun". I myself did this quite alot but in the beginnig i broke like 3-4 Wavebird boards... They still worked but the LED circui...

Re: Wii DVD Drive into a Gamecube

Well.. the benefit of this mod is to own an Gamecube with an Wii-DVD-Drive build into it wich is obviously quite rare.. Like most of the things i´m modding this is not for functional improvement. And that is why i don´t want to pay so many Money for a Mega Drive... I only want to use the DVD-Drive a...

and could i only use it for the connection of the DVD Drive and the cube or is it powering its bios anyway?
(As far as i see it this is the cleanest way of this connection right?)

All i got for the recharging circuit is the controller board (Ebay link) it is quite smal and should fit into the Controller. I ...
