Does the shell open when you put in an original and hold start ? Both LEDs on means it successfully patched the drive so it should work. I hold start and boot up an original and nothing happens. I should also mention the thing that makes it seem as if the Xeno is installed properly is that it gets closer and closer to reading and running the disc the lower I adjust the POT, but nothing ever fully works. Maybe that doesn't mean it's installed though, idk.
