Re: Xeno GC Troubles
Shouldn't my Xeno still change color? Also, I thought that even if the POT needs adjusting, then that error message still shouldn't come up. I'm pretty sure it should just go to the gamecube menu screen and say no game is in the tray. Could be a bad DVD-R, dirty lens or POT needs adjustment. The sa...

You may need to adjust the laser POT.... Check Google on this. Shouldn't my Xeno still change color? Re: RE: Re: Game Boy Interface
Any chance someone can make ISO's of the awesome GBI? Or could point me to a how to? I tried the how to I found on these forums but no luck :( With all the updates coming out as often as they do, it makes more sense to burn Swiss to a disc (assuming you have a mod chip installed), and get a Memory ...

Re: GBI ULL - 240p upscaler cheap option [PAL consoles only]
I am curious. If I get a PAL Gamecube, and a good SCART RGB cable, I can get proper 240p when connecting it to my Sony PVM-2530 (I have a SCART adapter cable for it)? I really only want to use my Gamecube for the Gameboy Player. Yes, there is the overpriced component video cable, and I can't get a ...

Cool! Yeah its not an easy task replicating what the Bung cart is doing there, especially if the source code is no longer available.XC-3730C wrote:Yeah I already posted on the Everdrive GB forum for this feature.

Re: Game Boy Interface
I have two of the 64mb Bung Carts. It would be nice if the Everdrive GB had the palette changing features of DGBmax, so I could have the entire GB library on one microSD card. 64mb is way too small, plus it is kind of a pain to have to dig out my old school PC with parallel port to add games on the...

Is there a way to change color palettes via GBI? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk Yes same way as on a regular Gameboy Advance http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/gameboyadvance/colorchange.jsp Ok I was hoping for some custom clor palettes like what you can do on a on of the old Bu...

Re: Game Boy Interface
Do you have any recommendations on settings to use for an LCD user using 240p progressive and zooming? My recommendation is the default settings. Any chance of Gameboy mono palette switching being supported in GBI? What do you mean? This means if my LCD monitor is expecting 60hz and I give it 59.72...

Re: Game Boy Interface
No, that makes no sense. When researching screen tearing, I saw this: "in which case the tear line moves as the phase difference changes (with speed proportional to difference of frame rates)" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_tearing This means if my LCD monitor is expecting 60hz and ...

It's just arguments broken up by newlines. --overlay=Frame-sRGB.tpl.gz --intent=saturation --input-gamma=1. --output-gamma=1. --contrast=.78125 This recreates the look of the Game Boy Player Start-up Disc. UPDATE --- "I think" this scaler outputs RGB full and it cannot be changed to RGB limited over HDMI. If you aren't seeing any pure blacks or pure whites then, you'll need to set your TV to PC mode to get full colours. Before buying this, make sure your TV supports PC mode and RGB full colo...

Re: Game Boy Interface
120 Hz is essentially limited to computer CRT monitors. GCVideo DVI + 120 Hz LCD monitor compatibility is unknown at this time. 120 Hz reduces blur and latency. Ok that sounds great! Also I was wondering, if it is feasible to have another GBI LL version with a HZ value, of something between 59.7276...

The default settings aren't represented in Swiss, but here. Some are carried over from SRAM, such as offset, zoom, overlay-id, format and interlaced. Hi Extrems, When launching GBI with Swiss there are default settings listed, interlaced is defaulted to "no". Meaning the default would be 240p. However unless I actively set interlaced = no, then it will default to 480i. Should it default to 240p or 480i? Also are the default settings opt...

Re: Game Boy Interface
Their HDTV handles LL version 240p properly and fine via composite. They did the 240p tests and I verified it correctly handles 240p. They don't want to spend extra on a XRGB or component cables. No zooming options though, only 4:3 or 16:9. The LL version is different, hence my assumption that s/he...
