Re: Not64 Second Edition - an Hybrid Heaven emulator

There's a counter at the beginning of the buffer, but it's not clear if it's 2x 8-bit, 16-bit big endian, or 16-bit little endian. I also don't know if it increments when the GamePad is off or disconnected.

The sync button should be reported as 0x0001, but it hasn't been tested.

Re: Wind Waker Hack for GC

In Game Boy Interface, the SD card adapter is used for loading resources, saving screenshots, and as dump/restore target. It can also load other software as autoexec.dol on the root directory of the SD card.

Re: Wind Waker Hack for GC

You need a Wii to copy the files onto a memory card.

If you don't have a Wii, you'll need to look at something else than game save exploits.

You use the front SD slot on a Wii.

Re: Game Boy Interface

You can replace default.mb.gz with Chishm's SendSave right now, but I'm also currently working on this.

There's no risk of losing the save with the battery dying, that game uses flash memory.

It's the Home Bros. loader on a disc. It needs a boot.dol on a memory card.

Again, the bug has nothing to do with this. It can trigger in any homebrew at any moment.

That's the GC-Linux apploader panicking from the oversized DOL for the CLI append hack. Try appending 1024 null bytes.

Re: Game Boy Interface

Next question: are there any plans to add a key combo for switching zoom levels in gbi-ll? No, this is considered an expert setting. Or maybe set default zoom levels based on if it's a GB/GBC game or GBA game (I have no idea if this is possible). Once a proper configuration system is in place. Also...
