Most SPI devices don't care. It's just the misdesigned SD card protocol that does.

Re: Calibrator homebrew tool Wii / GameCube
It was a test build for a forum member named pr0ton and it was privately shared to them over IRC. It's also for the Wii and not the GameCube.

The adapter itself cannot be detected, only the SD card in it can be detected.

Re: Swiss version 0.6 is released
Reboot only works with specific hardware setups (FlippyDrive, GC Loader, KunaiGC, Qoob Pro/SX), while apploader is compatible with all, as long as a patch device is available.

Re: Swiss version 0.6 is released
It would impact you if you had used Nintendont or related tools prior and put that same SD card in your GC Loader.

Re: Swiss version 0.6 is released
It flattens a directory tree into a single directory. The default value is to fix the stupid of Nintendont's directory structure if you're coming from that.

Re: Deflicker Filter in PAL Games
It's disabled by default. There are no settings to change. You don't have to force anything.
Out of the box with the default configuration, Swiss will force progressive scan mode and disable the deflicker filter for progressive scan mode, by default.

Re: Deflicker Filter in PAL Games
I consider not disabling deflickering a compatibility issue. So it is always disabled by default when Swiss is forcing progressive scan, which it also is by default.

Re: Submit Compatibility Issues Here
If you're using PicoBoot, the fix requires a gekkoboot update that hasn't yet been released.
You can upgrade to PicoBoot v0.4 and then flash Swiss directly on it as a workaround.

You need /swiss/patches/apploader.img on the SD card. It can be found in the Apploader folder.

Re: PAL game on NTSC-J GC doesn't work properly
That's because it doesn't exist, as per our compatibility list.
Your only real solution is using analog component video. You can try setting AVE Compatibility to AVE N-DOL, but your display may not be able to decode NTSC 50.
