Yo, this is super ghetto and I like it.
But as stated above, continue at your own risk.

Who'd have guessed that? You can even see the corner being chipped off in the first pic. Hehehe.

This is the fastest exploit I've tried, very cool!
Too bad that everytime you play a game in 60hz, you'll have to set your GC back to 50hz before using it again.

Would love to see PS1 and N64 emulation being perfected on GC one day.
Whoever manages that would be a hero.

Re: Emulators for Gamecube 240p
Swiss doesn't give the option because Swiss doesn't support patching homebrew software, nor are they telling Swiss about it. So do I understand correctly that setting the resolution for homebrew through Swiss (like with .DOLs) is something that cannot be done because of how things fundamentally work?

I wonder what practical use dumping Datel discs has, though.

Re: super analog nt?
Ikewise> Don't tell me that they messed with the SNES even before the N64 and the GC… I didn't know that, since my Brother had an US NTSC SNES back in the days, with the RGB SCART cable to get colors on European TV sets, so I thought RGB was standard. Then you won't like if I told you that e...

Re: 576p games run full speed?
No, Pal games are suppposed to be corrected to run at full speed under 50fps. In fact, some games aren't affected at all by the framerate, and can run even at 30fps without problems (480sf), but some, like f-Zero are slow. Really or is that something SWISS improves? All GC games I ever played on 50...

Re: GBA Link Cable Dumper
Yes, I assume that is what's happening. You pop in the cartridgde, Game Boy Logo appears and the game starts.FIX94 wrote:Wait, do you mean that it restarts the GBA even though you are in the dumper already? Never heard of something like that happening.

Re: GBA Link Cable Dumper
Oh! Well nevermind then, that's perfect. Will check it out later. GG Edit: So I quickly tested it and it works fine for most games. For some reason, a few games launch anyways once you insert the cartridge (Fire Emblem TSS for example), but this can easily be prevented by booting up the GBA with the...

Re: GBA Link Cable Dumper
Despite taking relatively long, this is a great programm and very useful.
It opens up one question I'd like to ask, though. Would it also be possible to backup and restore savedata from/to GBA cartridges in a similar fashion?
Might be something you'd be interested to look into.
