Make it into an ISO? Does WiiSXR read ISOs?

I have at least one PSX game disc (An original Gex game, to be specific) and want to know if I can play it. It doesn't have the .cue and .bin, it is an original PSX disc. I tried "Load from DVD" but it says it can't read directory "/" when I try. I haven't booted WiiSXR yet but I...
