this is a GC i modified for a friend, with custom cap on the lid to mount wode display. is has sd-card slot in the back, and 2 different usb connections, one for wode and one for the built in harddrive. regular eject button is used for eject on wode. ok it still doesnt work. I have also tried an other power source. but nothing works. Is it possible that it wont work because I am using an external power source instead of the 3.3V of the Cube or does it not matter? that does not matter, as long as it is connected to the cube trough ground. i trie...

hi guys!
i am working on a port to altera epm240t100 right now, i tried with xc9572 but the code did not fit inside. as soon as my 500 uv-leds arrives and i can make my pcb and test it, i am going to post it here.

if someone want to etch a pcb to use, i made a design and posting it here. i think it is good but you have to change the pins in gc_ide.ucf.
it´s my first pcb design ever, but i hove you will enjoy it.

i'll try to do some shematics for this. and a partlist too i cant help you with the schematics byt i can tell you what you need to make it as easy as possible. your gonna need: kynar wire avg30 something like it. experimental board of your choise. solder iron, solder and flux. 1 X 20x2 pinheader. 1...

i finnaly got the one i made working, both the harddrive and the ide-cable was faulty. so now my custom made hdd adapter made to fit inside the external harddrive case works. when do you think we´ll se the new software for the cube?

i did but got the same fault anyway. my act led does light up as soon as i start the hdd-loader, but just lights up, no blinking or something like that.

Got it working :D Time to implement it into the new SD-Boot. I had too many pins on the IDE grounded (pin 28) and I also had cpld pin not connected. I'll post up a guide on how it was built later this week. my pin 28 is also connected to ground, is it used for something in this or could i just cut ...
