Will i need to change QOOB 1.3 flash disk rar to a iso disk file to upgrade my firmware, or will it work as is ??

Can I just Download Qoob 1.3c Flahdisk rar and burn to disk to update my Qoob SX ? I have never used Qoob or other programable Mod Chip so this is all new to me.. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Anyone that can give me the NUP New User Password then I can sign up for a user account so I can download BIOS files for QooB SX Chip ..It's a Strange Process that I don't understand
