Re: Animal Crossing (GCN/AR/PAL/ENGLISH)
By chance, is it possible to restore the official SD adapter function in this game the same as Pokemon Channel? In the japanese version, simply pressing Z would take a snapshot and prompt you asking if you want to save it to SD when its plugged in. https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ngc/gaej/sdcard/index.html

Re: Pokemon Channel (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)
Yes sorry let me explain my setup. Im using a real PAL disc on a PAL gamecube, booting Swiss though AR media launcher, with all my files on a 8GB SD in a SD2SP2, memory card slot 2 has the Official Gamecube SD adapter with a 16mb Panasonic SD in it.

Re: Pokemon Channel (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)
I see, I'm loading the codes though Swiss on real hardware. looking though it seems only a few of the cheats work that way. Like widescreen or all cards/money cheats work, but things that swap menus don't. I tried some of the other channel swapping codes and they don't seem to want to work this way ...

Re: Pokemon Channel (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)

Re: Pokemon Channel (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)
I think i may of figured it out but it requires actually playing the game to make it work. Whilst the japanese version has the SD submenu in easy reach, the PAL version replaces it with the Jirachi gift, which is locked behind conditions in the main game to allow to work. Im guessing this code swaps...

Re: Pokemon Channel (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)
Is the SD card code at the bottom correct? I have the official SD adapter but it does not seem to want to work with this code.

Re: GCHD Mk2 - upgrading firmware
I too attempted this but could not get it to detect or read the chip at all. I didn't dare write anything until i was able to make a backup first which i just couldn't seem to do. I soldered pins to the GCHD just like the example pictures and checked it was wired up correctly multiple times. After a...

Re: GBA Link Cable Dumper
Have you considered adapting this to work with the "advanced game port"? Unlike the GBP, the AVP is software based emulation, the hardware it comes with seems to dump the rom on some way to the GameCube before booting, it also read and writes the save to the cart. Being able to dump to sd ...

Re: GoombaSend - A gba link cable homebrew app
I too am very interested in a multiboot sender as i have collected most of the MBs from various gamecube ISOs and have been searching for a way to send them from a real GC to GBA. I'd be happy to share the collection with someone who could make this project happen.
