Re: wasp custom pcb
I have not had any issue with them. The only thing to keep in mind is that they still have the limitations of a regular WASP flashed with SWISS so 64GB max sd card and no audio streaming.

Re: wasp custom pcb
I have a couple WASP Customs. Mega has been sending them out with Swiss already flashed on them. It doesn't effect a Xeno modchip since it replaced the optical drive so the Xeno is no longer connected when using a WASP Custom.

Re: Dreamcast owners - post your setup
I tried my Dreamcast today and it did the same thing. I have a spare battery but found that my batteries are lir2032s 3.6v so I ordered a ml2032 at 3v hopefully that solves my issue.

Re: Dreamcast owners - post your setup
Last night I left the surge protector on so the system was plugged in but with the power off. Tonight, I'll see how it behaves.
I believe I may have another ML2032. If I can find it I'll try swapping it.
My Dreamcast also has a self resetting fuse on the controller ports if that has any effect.

Re: Dreamcast owners - post your setup
I have a question for you guys. On my Dreamcast I replaced the clock battery with a battery holder and easily replaceable rechargeable battery. I have the power button on the Dreamcast always in the on position because I have it connected to a remotely controlled power strip. So it is essentially un...

Re: Dreamcast owners - post your setup
There is all kinds of stuff about removing a regulator or putting different value resistors on the stock PSU. It seemed like a better idea to me to replace it with a more modern PSU. Plus the rectifier circuit "power brick" is outside of the console with the pico psu. I doubt heat is reall...

The Wii U ones had slightly longer cords too. So these probably will.

New Gamecube Controllers
Is anyone else excited about Nintendo releasing new Gamecube Controllers or Smash Ultimate? I have 4 white ones from the Wii U release and am excited to get some new Black ones at retail price. I tried modifying the triggers to be the same as the original controllers but I honestly don't notice a di...

Re: GC fan replacement
Hey, guys quick question what did you do with the yellow wire on the fan? Does it need to be pulled up or down, fed a clock signal, or can it just be disconnected?

Re: Wii U in 2018
It is sorta different for me. When the wii came out I got one on launch day then shortly after installed a wiikey. Then when smash brawl came out I remember installing a switch so that my purchased copy would play. I used to have a rawdump drive and sad gecko to rip wii games. I never got into the s...

Wii U in 2018
Hello everyone, I just wanted to post that I recently bought a Wii U and softmodded it. It is really cool what you can do in 2018. The Wii U can now run nintendont with full Gamecube controller and Wii U gamepad support. Someone has also made an application that lets you use non conventional control...

Swiss Question
Hello, I'm pretty new to the forum. So my current setup is a Gamecube with Viper GC flashed with Streetwalker's IPL to autoboot into Swiss on Memory Card B. I have an official Nintendo SD Gecko and a 128GB Sandisk Ultra Class 10 SD Card. My question is about the limitations of Swiss + SD Gecko. I kn...

Re: EON vs gc video adapter?
I've also owned the 2.0 version of the GCVideo Plug and Play. I didn't like it because you were supposed to remove power from your console when not in use so that it didn't short out while sitting there. I think he has fixed those problems over time but I would still just go with Mega's adapter.

Re: EON vs gc video adapter?
If you want the best buy GCVideoX from Badassconsoles.com and be patient. I currently have a beta unit and Mega is adding code to fix bugs where the open source code by unseen that powers all of these devices breaks down. The other difference between GCVideoX and these other units is he actually had...

Is there any point in having one without the usb programmer? Is it any better than a Xeno at that point?
