Swapped the main board into a working GC and it no longer worked. Removed the heatsink and inspected the entire board closely and couldn't find any issues. Looks like a dead end. Thanks Extrems and emu_kidid

Yep, I had dismissed the idea of it being the power board since the fuse is good and other components are getting power. I'll swap and check.

If it makes any difference, I can tell power is getting to the main board as the heatsink starts to warm up after a few minutes.

That’s correct

That’s the code on the front of the disc. The code that reflects software version is found on the shiny side of the disc. It should be DOL-GZLP-0-00

The patch is designed to fallback on 480i as needed. If it doesn't work, it's a bug that must be reported.

Was there ever any update on this? I'd love to force every game boot in 480p by default. It would be great if possible to still specify certain games to boot in 480i. Even if I need to just manually modify the .ini

hmm I was thinking the files had an internal filename that was completely separate from what you'd see on your computer, and that after using GCMM, that internal filename would be revealed on the memory card. Anyways, thanks I'll give it a shot this evening.

Isn't the internal filename boot.gci for both the Swiss boot.gci file and for GBI.gci? I didn't think there was a way to have both on there as one would overwrite the other. I know I can set Swiss to auto-boot GBI but if I can do it on a single card that would be ideal.
