I edited my last post as I did not. I just did and it has a similar result, except that there is no sound this time.

Re: Issue with horizontally stretched picture from GBI on 4K TV
I just tried it and it just makes my TV display a frozen, garbled red-and-blue version of the last displayed screen in Swiss. Turning the TV off and on again does not help either. Anything I can do about this?

Re: Issue with horizontally stretched picture from GBI on 4K TV
I have tried 540p, which unfortunately results in part of the bottom of the picture being cut off and being displayed above the rest of the picture.
How do I enable 360p? Neither GBI nor GBIHF shows it in its options.

Re: Issue with horizontally stretched picture from GBI on 4K TV
Thanks for your reply, that is a bummer though... Will it ever be possible for GBI to be output in 720p from a Pluto-IIx HDMI board, or in another progressive resolution that would scale an integer number of times to 4K TVs for that matter?

Issue with horizontally stretched picture from GBI on 4K TV
I recently purchased my first ever 4K TV (Philips 58PUS8545/12) and I of course wanted to play some GameBoy games on it. I have a GameCube with a Pluto-IIx HDMI board installed running the latest GCVideo-DVI 3.0e. I am trying to get the a picture with the highest possible resolution and perfectly sq...

Re: Updating Pluto-IIx firmware to GCVideo 2.4b
Thanks for the quick reply! Does my GameCube need to be turned on or off in the process of updating the firmware?Streetwalker wrote: ↑Sat Jan 05, 2019 7:31 pmYou can leave the board in the system. There should be a flashing tool from KNJN to reprogram the flash chip with the files from the gcvideo repo.

Updating Pluto-IIx firmware to GCVideo 2.4b
Hi there! A couple of months ago, I installed a Pluto-IIx in my DOL-001 and I have been enjoying the night-and-day difference HDMI makes over composite video ever since! I would now like to upgrade the firmware on the Pluto to GCVideo 2.4b. I already ordered and received one of these from KNJN: http...
