So... There's This Bounty..

A bounty has been setup to (hopefully) create a Dynarec for the PS1 core of Retroarch for the WiiU. I'm making this thread to see if there is any interest in anyone here with the skills to help. The bounty has risen quite abit since it was started and has so far reached $185. We're hoping if we spre...

Do you have any plans to port Your Not64 over to WiiU? off tv support would be cool.

Re: Wii64 discussion?

DK64 certainly plays 100% on PC with a few hacks, and it should play well enough once we're done. There's an annoying random bug where if you climb tree's in a certain way the character glitches out of the screen and places you back at the beginning of the stage :( plus I there's also a bug where t...

Re: Wii64 discussion?

My dream is to play dk64 at 100% speed/compatibility on the Wii but seeing as it doesn't play on PC's 100% I doubt that it's possible.
But I guess I could settle for CGFD :P or maybe those Tex packs :P

Re: Wii64 discussion?

I recently got back into playing wii64 and I have to say Iv'e forgotten how good the Emulator is. :) Iv'e just finished playing Majoras mask and started Ocarina of time, ofcourse there are slight texture issues on both but it's easily playable and fullspeed so thanks to all involved in making this a...

Ced2911 has released his first POC version of PPSSPP for the 360. It's still Alpha so expect BUGS. :) Video/Sound Emulation hasn't been added yet so some games that require them may crash. PPSSPP 0.91 Alpha version Proof of concept. Based on PPSSPP 0.91. Usage: put a psp iso named psp.iso in the sam...

Re: Something to keep an eye out for :) (Dreamcast)

The SD adapter mod doesn't have the best compatibility and is slow on certain games. This device claims to have 100% compatibility and is going to be at least the same speed as the GDROM drive. (but most likely faster) There is another team working on a ODE for the PS1/PS2/DC (but mainly for the PS1...

Re: Something to keep an eye out for :) (Dreamcast)

Updates :) And behold, it was very good... Okay folks, since there are so many questions about the GD-EMU project and noone can be bothered to read the answers from the time I showed you my first iteration of the idea, here it is all again: 1) Ready when? No idea. I would not be making a custom PCB ...

Shame, luckily GC's are pretty cheap now. Don't know if you have a shop called Cash Generator where you are but by me they sell GC's for around £10 (some even less + they are all fully working too)

Possible to port GEN/GS to Wii/GC

Given that Gensplus doesn't support 32x/MegaCD. would it be possible to port over GEN/GS to the Wii or GC? This is in no way a request to port it (unless you really want to of course) :P It's just something I found while browsing the Sonic Retro forums. Or maybe it would be possible to incorporate t...

Re: Swiss 0.2

I imagine it would be possible to keep Swiss on the Wii's real nand and use DML on an emulated nand. Best of both worlds.!

I should point out I'm not bashing on Swiss, far from it. I'm just saying if a game doesn't work on Swiss that works on DML, whats the harm in switching back and forth. :)

Re: N64 pad adapter to GC/Wii

Sorry to bump an old thread but I thought I should share it here rather than make a new thread. I recently bought a 4 in 1 adapter for the GC/Wii and after hearing a few horror stories I have to say it works perfectly for all the Emu's I've tried. The adapter converts N64/NES/SNES/GEN-SMS. to GC con...

Make sure you use leaded solder. don't use lead free solder (it sucks) :)
