So I guess the notification system that website uses is just broken beyond use? Missed not one but two rounds because it didn't send the notification to any of the multiple emails I set up for alerts to make sure I wouldn't miss it.

The amount of available test boards is probably going to depend on cost per board and total cost. I have not looked into that yet. Could you open it up to a pre-pay thing? I know i wouldn't mind pre-paying, assuming this will have the same features as the eventual release board, to be able to help ...
