Re: Game Boy Interface

Yes, you have to append (concatenate) the .cli file to the .dol, and be sure whatever launches GBI supports it. I'm using the Action Replay disk and booting autotexec.dol (gbi.dol), and this works great. I grabbed a dol + cli file out of the presets folder, edited the command lines, and renamed tha...

Re: Game Boy Interface

Now that I'm booting straight into gbi.dol - I'd like to use the cli file with it. I assume that I'll need to create a dol + cli file?

You can go into Swiss and set Swiss Video Mode to 480p. That'll set the flag in SRAM.
I'll give it try - Thank you for the reply.

Enable progressive scan mode in a GameCube game.
Can I do this with the AR disc in (hold B while booting) or do I actually have to use a Gamecube Game (I'm not sure that I even own one, I literally got a Gamecube for the Gameboy Player)

Re: Game Boy Interface

Greetings - my current configuration is GB w/ GBP using AR w/ SD Card and outputting through a 2.4c Carby (Using the latest versions of Swiss and GBI as of 2 days ago) I would like to boot directly to the GBI without using Swiss. If I boot to Swiss by renaming it to autoexec.dol - I can load GBI, GB...

Re: Game Boy Interface

I found the sound settings on the wiki: --sound=<[mono|stereo][,digital|analog]> Set sound mode. The default is the Sound Mode system setting (mono or stereo). digital Use PWM decoder (default). analog[=<a0:a1:a2:b1:b2>] Use 2MHz biquad filter. Defaults to a second-order low-pass filter with a cut-o...

Re: Game Boy Interface

You can just delete off the .example and leave it with an extension of .cli - or you can open a new document in notepad, copy and paste what you want into it, and then save it as a gbi.cli (just don't save it as a .txt) The .dol file will still be used to launch GBi, but will use the options from th...

Re: Game Boy Interface

Hi Extrems, as always, thank you for your incredible work. I've been playing around with all three, but mostly been using the Standard Edition (using your latest build). I was changing options via Swiss, wasn't seeing a lot of results with the Matrix/gamma/contrast options. I then started loading GB...

Re: Game Boy Interface

Greetings, I'm using a Carby 2.4c - GBi - and GC w/ GBP Is there any way via Swiss or CLI, to adjust individual color settings? I'm experiencing over saturation in the green and yellow spectrum. I don't want to adjust my TV, b/c all other consoles look great, but I'd love to be able to dial back the...
