Re: Swiss file formats

I can run mono RecoveryToNKit.exe from my boot disk, and input files from external disk. However, I can not change key Path to external disk. I also can not pass parameters to process when running off external disk. This is making the process painful as I do not have a large enough space on my boot ...

Re: modded GC vs Raspberry Pi for an emulator console?

this post is old. now we have the Raspberry pi 4 on the market and, contrary to what was thought in 2013, it does not emulate the gamecube. any news about Raspberry Pi and NGC? with network connections are present, could anyone think of something for interface and connections? Pi is already used fo...

Swiss file formats

Swiss can load dol and iso. Can it read these formats 7z compressed? If so, how will it effect performance? Is there a way to reduce library size?

Re: New IPL replacement modchip: HyperBoot

I had a email from him the other day. Firmware 1.1 supports SD2SP2. There's also a version 2 of the chip that has some extra storage space for dol storage. I haven't played with it or know much about it though. Thats awesome! Cant wait until its available! I have a few soldering projects I hope to ...

Re: New to forum: Autoload new swiss? Files too fragmented?

Removed files off sd card, using sd formatter app, and drag/drop all files at once onto sd card. Every game my kids tried now works. Ordered the code junkies sd media launcher. Got a 2gb non-sdhc SD card from gamestop for 0.99usd. Figured I would try this method to autoboot new swiss from sd card an...

Re: New to forum - autoload new swiss?

NickDisk swiss r688 arrived. Using sp2sd, reload to r766. Tested everything. This is awesome. Interface is so easy, my kids will love it! However, almost every game I tried yields this error “ Failed to setup the file too fragmented”. I used SDformatter for mac which setup exFAT filesystem. From wha...
