Re: SDLoad (Slot A and B)
Just for future reference, in case someone wants to format the FAT16 SD card and patch it for SD loader: Format SD card to FAT16: I'd recommend minitool partition wizard (freeware). Command line for linux (mkdosfs) and OSX (newfs_msdos). Then we need to patch the SD card: Method 1 (winXP): windows ...

Re: GameCube Memory Card & SD Gecko Diagrams
It is a genuine one, that black blob is in every one of nintendo's memory cards. Bit late of a reply but in case anybody is coming across these the blob top chip card is a replica. The official Nintendo 1019 card has two standard epoxy chips as well as the Nintendo logo on the back of the board and...

Re: Yet another USB Gecko clone
I would appreciate if someone could more accurately outline the specifics of the CPLD (and perhaps USB controller for good measure too) for anyone trying to build their own. The original post lacks any specifics about the part in question. Farnell no longer lists the item on their site. Wayback Mac...

Re: shinehax - A Super Mario Sunshine (PAL) Save Exploit
Hey there, I have both JDM and US gamecubes (though I do believe they are internally the same besides jumper configuration) I also happen to have a PAL copy of Super mario sunshine somewhere but there not chipped, I can boot it with a freeloader but not sure if they will force any kind of resolution...

sdpatch for sdloader update [windows 10 compatible]
Hey all, it seems that the AR / SD loader without using any save exploits is a fairly old method these days (back from when gcos was new) and most people have access to the wii or exploitable games to get homebrew running. some people without access to wii / savestates or mod-chips who have an actio...
