@chrispville I hope you are successful, a few of us want something able to direct boot swiss these days and not everyone can afford the loader (even if it's a reasonable price).

Can't play more than a few races in F-Zero GX without the game freezing, then restarting. Sometimes crashing the entire system to a black screen. On v0.5r906 Can't find any rime or reason for it, can play one race, and have it crash on the next. Or Complete an Entire Cup then finish the first race ...

I'll just quickly add: I'll test on a non modified GameCube tonight and see if it's actually my modded cube or the GC video

Yeah it doesn't seem to save the 50hz option is im not sure if it's due to some swiss settings on the SD card(s) so what I'm going to do is remove the ini & patches folders to start again, could it be possible my GCvideo is doing something? Possibly... Incidentally I got gcmm1.4g & my sdgeck...

Ok so upon further investigation here's what I've personally found with my GameCube and this hack. If my cube loses AC (I unplug or powercut) sunshine will ask if I want to load 50hz or 60hz. If I leave the memory card plugged in with shinehax on powerup I do not get the option to select 50hz or 60h...

The memcard has the exploit & boot.gci (swiss) it loads fine then it black screens and loads swiss from my sd2sp2 port.

I don't have any memory card as adapter it hasn't arrived yet so gcmm will not work, but sd2sp2 copied the exploit to the memory card fine.

What was the quantity like last batch? I'm u sure how to contact the guy @ badassconsoles to ask and his twitter seems dormant, there doesn't seem to be any good IPL replacements out there, I got into the game late.

I used a xeno with a copy of swiss and moved the softmod from sd2sp2 to a fresh memory card (not official I'll try a 251 official card next) the exploit copied over perfectly the mod seems hit & miss for some reason, It locks at the nint...

ok so what I've done is named the update boot.dol on my sd2sp2, I'm going to have a look into the softmod side of it and readjust my pot back up
I just want swiss to load the quickest way possible without strain on the lazer, I'm really hoping to snag a hyperboot so i can just load direct into swiss
