Re: In game cut scenes out of sync
Yeah forcing 576p did fix the sync issues.
Maybe all PAL games are better off running at this rather than 480p

Re: Fan replacement
Hmm 35db sounds quite loud but then again the stock one is super loud too.
I wonder if I stick one of those noctua ultra low noise adapters that I have laying around, will it drop the speed/dbs?
Definitely do NOT need 3500 rpm on a GC fan haha

Fan replacement
Is there a 50mm Noctua fan I can easily replace on the GC? Don't mind soldering if needed (pretty sure it is) and I can 3D print the mount myself but not finding a noctua one on Amazon, only 40mm and 60mm. I am seeing nothing but bad reviews on noise and life for the Noiseblocker XS-1 Any suggestions?

Yes 480p, was told to always force 480p when using the gcplug. What option should I use? auto?

In game cut scenes out of sync
Playing the PAL MGS Twin Snakes on my PAL GC with GCLoader and latest swiss and noticed that the cut scenes audio doesn't match the video.
Is that just just something happening with this game in particular or is there something I can tweak in my swiss settings to correct it?

Action replay codes on swiss
I've been looking around the game hacking forum to find out it is possible to use the AR codes in swiss and I did find the big zip file with swiss codes but they look different so I assume you can't just drop the AR codes into the same text files?

Re: Tips for best video output
I actually have a lot of ntsc games also
And yes I agree with cearp, the games look nicer with 4:3 + black bars than with 16:9 hack and gcplug force widescreen

Re: Swiss memory card emulation
There is a chance one game was PAL and one NTSC, let me try it again.
And the card in the sd2sp2 is 2gb

Tips for best video output
Hi guys, I have a PAL GC with gcloader running swiss and also a GCPlug. I am not sure what settings to use with swiss and with the gcplug (on the remote control menu) to be able to get the best quality from my LG OLED tv. I know you can do a force 16:9 on the gcplug but the image looks too stretched...

Swiss memory card emulation
Hi guys, I just downloaded Swiss v0.5r963 and trying out the memoery card emulation but not sure if I configured it correctly because whenever I launch a game I get card is corrupted and need to be formatted. I am running a PAL GC with gc loader on latest FW and an SD2SP with a 2GB SD card. Swiss ru...
