Unfortunately I still lack a SCART RGB cable to test with. Hopefully I can fit one in my budget next year (currently trying to save for a Rigol DS1054Z). I mean come on. Your TV just doesn't support NTSC signal My TV supports all signals, including PAL and NTSC so this is not related to that.
