Will a compact flash to IDE adapter work and if so, would it need an external power supply?

I know this is an old topic, but what about a power supply for a 2.5" HDD. Or what about a compact flash to IDE adapter

How much are these worth. I may sell mine for the right price. I really would like a WODE for my GC instead.

So Ashen, do you sell these any more?
