Re: Wii64 Beta 1.2 fork by Fix94

Wow, awesome. Thank you for this. I think I am missing something with the texture pack feature. Used the Texture packer app. Created a Texture pak file and put it in SD:wii64/hires folder and also on usb. Is it supposed to load textures on start automatically? I don't see any difference in textures ...

Re: Wii64 Beta 1.2 fork by Fix94

Is this an updated Wii64 release with hires textures available? Been looking for a way to play Goldeneye64 running decent with textures for some time now. Latest updates here have come a long way but just doesn't seem to support that type of functionality. That being said, I just recently moved on t...

Re: Not64 Second Edition - an Hybrid Heaven emulator

Framerate goes up and down due to many issues, it could be: recompiler running out of space for recompiled code, texture cache filling up, bloated recompiled code causing slowdown, it's not as simple as frameskip. Yeah right but you didn't reply my answer. It can be fixed or not? Do I have to deal ...

Nothing new on this...? Seems like there will be no more updates given length of time without any news. Mainly wanted this to use Wii64 for Goldeneye multiplayer.

I hate to be a Debbie downer but I can't believe people are still waiting for this. I gave up on it a while back. But then again, I still check in from time to time.

Re: Are things going more or less smoothly with Wii64/WiiSX?

Few questions.... I tried updated Not64. Goldeneye multiplayer 1 player screen flickers white and sounds is distorted. Any fix or emulator is just not there yet? Also, when I update a emulator all I usually do is switch out the boot, Meta and icon files... I noticed the Not64 updated has a few other...

Re: Are things going more or less smoothly with Wii64/WiiSX?

What are the best settings for Goldeneye? I am out of state as well but anxious to try the new version of Not64 when I get home. I hope that multilayer is a bit faster. Also, does Not64 have its own site? Can't seem to find anything.

Re: Any Updates sometime ?

Wondering myself where Wii64 stands as far as an update...? I very much realize that this is a free emulator and appreciate everything that has been done to date. But also can't help but to be excited at the thought of the next update. In anticipation of the next release I've been trying to build my...

Re: N64 pad adapter to GC/Wii

Is there anyway to mod a N64 controller so it is wireless for Wii64 or anyone know if they sell them somewhere? Edit: Well found them on ebay but only works with N64. http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-X-Nintendo-64-BLACK-Hypermode-Wireless-Controller-Pad-Retro-Bit-New-N64-/291090678699?pt=US_Video_Game_Cont...

Looking forward to it emu_kidid. You are the only one continuing development of Wii64 and it is greatly appreciated. Goldeneye 64 FTW! :D

Where do I start...

So, I picked up a GC at Savers for cheap and thought I would take it home and mess around with it. I'll start by saying that I used to have one years ago but that was before modding, I think. I do have a soft-modded Wii and that was easy enough for someone like me with no previous hacking experience...

emukid, I'm not at all familiar with emulation and how it works, so forgive me. But is there any chance we are looking at any HD/high-resolution texture packs for the next release you are working on? Just curious. Thank you for all your efforts.

Re: Wii64 discussion?

I wouldn't say 5 times faster, but with the changes to the core as well, this combination has made single player Goldeneye for example full speed and multi-player is good enough to enjoy with 4 people. Goldeneye full speed and some old school 4 player death match is all I need. Thank you emukid! Lo...
