Pacman World 2
And MK3 on SNES had that fun mini game, not sure if it counts.

Re: Show off your Cube!
Here's my cube with a led triforce, spindle replacement thing. I carved it out of a PS2 box, sanded and painted silver. Injected hot glue through the back of the triangles onto a flat surface to make the diffusers. Then covered everything in a thick clear coat. The led array connects to 3v on the Me...

Re: GameCube 2 Concept
This is funny. I thought I was reading one thing, but it turned out to be something else. Gee thanks Folks, Sorry i even Posted this. To be fair to GC2 he was just sharing an idea he had, he didn't deserve that kind of corrosive response. To clarify, I wasn't taking a shot at you. I just found humo...

Re: Plug and play drive replacement adapter Idea
bump just wondering if anyone is still interested in some sort of adapter.... not a drop in replacement because there is no source for the original DVD plug.... this would require scrapping a lot of GC drives to make plugin adapters.... and personally, i dont think GC's should be scrapped...but rat...

What's your plan for "ripping" a font from HD video? If you're trying to create a font from an image.. just fire up PCSX2 and take screenshots.

Re: Gamecube custom logos for portables: How to!
If you just make the total picture size 225X300 you won't have to mess around with printer scale stuff. Then set for a high DPI like 300 and you'll get a nice crisp picture just the right size. I've got some glossy photo sticker paper that looks really good. Also just got some of these SD card label...

Yes. If loaded from gecko slot instead of wkf, it goes to the title screen. But freezes after pressing start.

Re: Show off your Cube!
Would you mind uploading the file for the gamecube printing? ;D I will ask the person who created the one in the image I posted if its okay to post the file here. Looks like yours is printed on a proper label. Nice, I should get some sheets of those. Mine are just printed on photo sticker paper the...

Re: Internal Wavebird receiver question.
Yes. But if you turn the wavebird off first, then plug in a wired controller you don't have to reset.Cybertronic wrote:So if the console is already on, only wavebird connected, and then I connect a controller and turn the wavebird off I'd need to reset the console?

Re: Internal Wavebird receiver question.
I did just this with the receiver from my wireless controller mod: http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=898 Not a Wavebird receiver, but I would assume the same result. It is wired to port 1 and does not interfere with a wired controller being plugged in. It doesn't require any ...

Re: Original Gamecube controller to wireless mod
Those wireless controllers mostly have no rumble function (because of the higher energy consumption) Yeah, just like the ol' Wavebird. Oddly enough though, it appears they laid the groundwork for rumble on the Rocketfish board, just lacking a few parts. (These pics are from the first pcb I attempte...

Re: Original Gamecube controller to wireless mod
Since the GC only requires one dataline to communicate with the cube it would be easy to incorporate some cheapo 2.4ghz transmitters and receivers. You know, I first tried to find if the transmitter alone could be connected directly to the GC board.. couldn't make it work so this was my alternative...

Original Gamecube controller to wireless mod
Hey Guys, I'm new to this forum. I posted this topic a couple places earlier today (maybe you've already seen it), but I figured this is the most appropriate place. So here's my ghetto controller mod: “Why not just get a Wavebird?” …because. Alright so simple idea; use the pcb from one of these Roc...
