Wait I shall. Hahaha, kinda off-topic, but I recognize your avatar/username. You fixed up that awesome Mario Land 2 DX patch, right? Also the Metroid II full colour patch! I'd like to say thanks - I'm in debt forever. Anyway, Metroid Prime is working fine here since r174, it's a bit heavy on loadin...

Re: Gamecube component cable

I'm sure making a fpga solution is doable I have no idea how difficult it is I've never tried this sort of thing. A modder (furrtek) recently found a way to convert the digital video signals of the virtualboy into something your tv will accept: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCqky6sZ_R0 FPGA wizardr...

Re: Gamecube len and laser doubt

GameCube laser lens are available on eBay last time I checked for about $15-$25. Even if your laser lens dies you can still play games via SDGecko and Swiss if you have a modchip like a Qoob or similar installed. I found a lot of games ran slowly or even crashed when I tried to run them via sd geck...

Re: WIP - GC wiikey fussion modding, pictures and worklog

By the way you don't have to cut a massive hole in the dvd drive plastic shell. I managed to get the sd slot pcb to fit in the dvd laster track happily without cutting any holes.

Re: My first GCp

Murdered consoles is why I'm against building portables personally. I've murdered 1-2 very cheap (15$) consoles from regular mods, but that was no huge loss. For gaming on the go I'm fine with emulation or ports, not like I'll be able to tell the difference between real hardware or fake on a tiny sc...

Out of curiosity does the gamecube have a fuse in it to prevent damage from shorts? Snes has a fuse, later model famicoms do too.

Re: WKF Autoboot discovered

some cards will not allow autoboot and only allow an autoload function dont ask why...there is no answer yet for why this happens, but it is card related Thanks man. Glad to know it's not because it's using a microsd adapter it's the card itself. Still navigating that menu is way less work than hit...

Re: WKF Autoboot discovered

I have a question. My wiikey fusion is flashed with autobooting swiss. When I insert a regular 512meg sd card into the wkf slot it loads right into swiss without me pressing anything. When I insert a 32gb microsd card with adapter into my wkf slot the system loads into the main system menu and I hat...

I love gameboy stuff. After I discovered how awesome the gameboy player is I decided to build myself a sweet cube. Dol-001, my cube is using a wiikey fusion with autoboot swiss currently. The wkf sd slot is where the dvd laser used to be on my gutted dvd drive. I adjusted the s-video circuit brightn...

Or we could just hire Tchay to sell us the male connectors off all the GC's he kills. I'm pretty sure that would be cheaper. I acquired a box of n64 multi av ports from some dude on the modded by bacteria forums from all the n64s he butchered / killed. I didn't realize it's a pain to get the male c...
