Re: CleanRip v2.0.0

Did you verify the ISO checksums to ensure that you're getting good dumps?

Re: Music missing from games with audio streaming

I don't think I've heard whether any programs or modchips support streaming audio from compiled iso's. On a similar note, are there any programs that can build new GC ISOs that either use the same file positioning as the original disc (from game.toc?) or at least the same alignment? The only tool I...

Have you tried extracting the entire ISO and then building a new one with the modified file? I'm kind of skeptical that the music must be identical to the original size, but at least you could test having a larger file this way. Another thing to try would be to instruct the new music file not to loo...

Re: PSO Exploit Loaders

Yes, I found the quote on the wiki page for psolore, but it's not the software referenced in the quote. As I understand it, psolore requires you to have already used PSOload to exploit PSO's patching routine, and the patching routine itself is what I'm interested in, not the process of loading homeb...

Re: PSO Exploit Loaders

I apologise for bumping the absolute oldest thread in this section, but I'm researching this very topic. I'm trying to find information on PSO's patching packets, and since Sega never used the patching function themselves, the only working implementations are in these programs for using PSO t...

Re: Wasp fusion help, swiss won't load

To be fair, Microsoft made FAT32 as well. :P The difference is that FAT32 has been around for a very long time and is well documented, while Microsoft won't release the specifications of the much newer exFAT, so only Microsoft-approved devices can read and write it. AFAIK all SDXC cards come formatt...

Sadly, Homeland only supports the BBA, and Devolution only has modem emulation. You have to use a real GC with a BBA or Dolphin to play it online, at least until Nintendont has BBA emulation... ;)

Greetings From Ragol

Hello all, If you're familiar with the Phantasy Star Online series of games, then you may already know who I am, but if not, I've been playing and tinkering with the game for a long time on Dreamcast and PC, and now that I've started experimenting with the GameCube version, I thought I would join th...
