Re: IDE-EXI Gerbers, Design Files, BOM, PDF and Program File
Okay, let's say we let them produce 60 here in germany for example. Then it would cost us about 700€ for the pcb's with both layers, coating, paint, and the smd components already soldered. Additionally we need to buy the chips and other hardware parts, which will cost about 300€. Then add some ship...

The good one here is a TSST one (Toshiba/Samsung), the other a pioneer one, but as said it varies a lot.

Re: How do you burn Gamecube games?
megalomaniac: it depends heavily on the burner and dvd medium, personally i wouldn't suggest so high speed.
lost43: linux.
EDIT: For example the burner in my working bench pc, does not burn them right even with 1x speed, whereas my main pc burner does the same dvd brand fine.

@megalomaniac: just bump the version number and add "small improvements" to the changelog might also work. xD

possible. you need a pc that has a video-in (some video cards have it) or a videograbber (usb).

Re: GC Linux - RootFS on SD + SDHC SUPPORT!!
The problem is, i dont know how a repository treats special files (device nodes, etc) and directory permissions. Currently i did it like that: Create a 2 gb file, and make it ext2 Debootstrap squeeze in it do some fiddeling with the config apt-get some stuff write it to sd and profit the benefits: i...

Re: GC Linux - RootFS on SD + SDHC SUPPORT!!
I built a new debian squeeze rootfs (<200mb), but can't get it to work with your kernel. it seems you disabled all network related stuff, even sockets. EDIT: okay, i tried it with my kernel, compiled a couple of weeks (months?) ago and it works like a charm. will wikify my notes on building th...
Re: Swiss 0.2
It is common to include the needed header files in every file, so you can use a file (let's say framebuffer stuff or fat access) in an other project and dont need to bother. It wont hurt, because most files have a c pre-processor directive to be just included once.

Re: GC Linux - RootFS on SD + SDHC SUPPORT!!
My feedback:
SDHC works so far for me, but only when i reconnect the SDGecko, when the Kernel looks for the rootfs.
Maybe you forgot to initialize something, if it is already plugged in, but do it properly when it is connected at runtime?

Re: patching DOL Files?
dol files can be patched. dvdread commands can be patched (for example swiss does it). crediar is currently working on some patches, that allow booting of this game on wii. dolphin should run this game, too. there is currently no way, this game works on a gamecube. hope this helps.
