And if i understand what you wrote then it means you can get official component cables cheap? and for the external Mega3 you need the connecter soldered to the offical cable? So then the cable has no use...

Why no - i don´t know the englisch word - RELAIS and IDE2USB Adaptor? So the 1,8" HDD kann be plug into a PC via USB, and the "RELAIS" is for the Power... While USB is plugged in, there is no Power from the IDE EXI. I found this on a German site, but i think yamaha understand and mayb...
