I'm just following a pin out from a Russian page with the g1 ata I kept waiting for more info or a tutorial b...

Re: mega drive v4 install.
Sorry I've done some searching but I can find no reference to a slot 3. does it really exist? if so if it was implimented in swiss it would be awesome to keep slot B open for a regular mem card.

attempt at micro SD gecko
Okay... So far I lack the skills to build a hand held gamecube. "I keep breaking things" so I figured I'd stick to basics for a while. So here's my attempt at SD gecko out of official Nintendo memory and micro SD slot. Worked out pretty good. I was even able to solder the socket to the PCB...

Nice!!! I'm still on my old 500 but it plays most of the games I want. I'm sure I'll pick up a 1200 one of these years.

Thanks for the reply! And yeah the solder was tricky but I did got the hang of it. It would have been easier I'm sure if I didn't shake like a crack head when I solder. The board is perfect though. Amazing design. Do you use CAD software to design the PCB? I only wonder because I keep thinking I'd l...

Re: mega drive v4 install.
Not sure if this is common knowledge but it wasn't for me. I had a bad flash on one of my wasps. I was able to recover by booting from a functioning wasp with swiss change my device to read off my SD gecko. I then left the machine running and swapped wasps. Then ran the swiss flasher from the SD gec...
