It looks like freetype uses those for whatever reason, so you'll have to install the portlibs for them as well.
yup and they are.
... but they weren't mentioned in the makefile... after some googling to find how ot add them it now compiles. hallelujah!

GCMM doesn't need libpng, only freetype which depends on zlib.
rather than zlip it's talking about png and bz2

Re: Memory Card Tools

Well luckily I had a spare sdcard, but imagine if I only have one and I use it for more than my gamecube? we have exfat support in iplboot and swiss. it surely wouldn't hurt keeping most of the useful tools up to date and compilable with latest dkppc/libogc for future use, would it? and another exam...

Re: Memory Card Tools

is there any effort in recompiling old homebrew that are opensource? looking at this thread, GCMM with fatfs so we can have exfat support would be handy. solved temporarily with a spare 2gb microsd I had that I left on fat32. porting it to fatfs probably involves a little effort though, I'm aware. c...

GCVideo DVI PLuto board reprogramming

Hey, so apparantly there's a bug in how 2.4a calcluates colors and a 2.5 rewritten version is on the way that's fixed this? but I can't get much info on how to actually program the board other than RS232, would something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-To-RS232-TTL-UART-PL2303HX-Converter-U...

I haven't had any luck at all trying to load games ...

Gamecube memcard emulator with arduino?

here's a wild idea... make a custom memcard with an arduino(or compatible) which would be like an SD Gecko, but for regular games it acts like a memory card and writes the saves to a folder on the (micro) SD card.... :? :?: when the arduino sees typical gamestuff communication it would respond as ex...

It's probably possible as long as you have the flashing cable, using cobra manager. yeah I have a Viper Extreme, and the usb adapter. cobra manager only lets me add file, delete file or format well, after a lot of looking around I did find the file of the theme online so for now it's not an issue.....
