Re: Removing scratches from GC jewel with Brasso
First of all, this thread needs to be bumped. Lately I've been infatuated with polishing up my GC Jewels. (Note... If I didn't add "GC", you could take that differently) lol. So I followed the instructions here with Brasso. First of all, I used 1500 grit sandpaper and then finished off wit...

Re: Where do I start...
I'm just wondering does it matter the make of SDXC that i get? Do you mean the brand or standard vs micro (with adapter of course)? If brand, I guess everyone has their own preference. I say if using eBay then be cautious as many fakes are out there. I personally prefer SanDisk but I don't run home...

Here's where you can get one. It's the U.S site. They have a Euro site too depending on your location. They charge $10 to ship it as well (U.S site that is). Took about two weeks for me.

Am I right in saying I can just download the sdml and burn it to a disc or am I better off with an original sdml disc? I've noticed that isozone have one you can download. Thanks You can't use it unless your gamecube is chipped. Other than that, you need the original SDML disc if your going that ro...

Yeah, I believe 64gb and up are all standard class 10. I just got two 32gb class 10 40mbit/s micros from my local Bestbuy for $31 each. They had a huge sale.kinect360 wrote:Yes I understand what they are saying lol, what I am saying is there is no lower class option for the size I want.

At least with SDML, it's portable for use on any other cube. Get a cube for every room you like and use SDML for your backups in the room you wish to play. You'll only need one SDML. Just don't lose the disc...

Here's some pictures of the game if it will help you get one. I have read that this game doesn't come with any Manuals from sellers who were selling the used copies.

Same here, I had NSMBU for ages and now I have NFS and NSM 3D World. I want TLOZWWHD and I hear that Lego City Undercover is a great game. I also just bought the two game pack of NSMBWU and Luigi U which are on one disc. It's exclusive to the deluxe WiiU set now and not sold that way separately. So ...

If the above methods don't work for you then try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser as a last resort. Personally never tried it but I have heard that it's like a very very fine sandpaper. Many have used it for the same reason but have said it can lighten up the texture a bit like on the SNES.

Honestly there isn't a standard price for something like that. You can sum up a price for the tv but really it's worth what you're willing to pay. It's worth to him what he's willing to let it go for and be satisfied. Let him know you're a collector and not a reseller. That helps them accept a lower...

Re: Few Questions regarding playing games via softmod
If you plan on playing backups on DVD-R then you'll likely need to adjust the potentiometer. Meaning taking the cube apart, getting under the disc drive to the board and adjusting a tiny screw. You could be a lucky one and never have to do it but that's unlikely. If you get in game freezing and or b...

WiiU Hacked in WiiU Mode? (WiiU Brew)
http://youtube.com/watch?v=TWywnpIEd9o This video is the 'evidence' of the WiiU being hacked in WiiU Mode. I say that loosely... It has been pointed out that this was using a Dev Kit but it seems as nobody is certain it's real or even fake for that matter. The uploader says he's just a messenger but...

Re: Wii64 emulator for Wii problems
Have you tried any other game? I haven't played Wii64 in a bit but it ran Mario Kart perfectly. I'm using a 32gb class 4 sd card for my emulation on the Wii. I believe it will accept up to a class 6 but I'm not 100% sure. You could run it from a HDD if it happens to be the loading speed that's causi...

Have you tried the game as a compressed iso or as a full size iso? I burn mine to discs so I can't help you with much else. You can try GCoS, doesn't have as many features as Swiss though.

Hi, Can I use my PSO I&II backup on my Wii and use it to boot the old AC Loader for gamecube? And load backup from AC Loader? Thanks If your Wii isn't Homebrewed then it won't even read backups. Why not install DIOS MIOS or DIOS MIOS Light version and load them that way? You won't need discs. Y...

I wouldn't see why not. I haven't tried them before but the only difference is that they are double sided so they should. They do cost more and you can't label them so I'd suggest the cheaper route.MarioMania wrote:Would the Double Sided Mini DVD's work on the Gamecube

POT? Stands for Potentiometer. Which is a tiny screw underneath the drive board that in my case had to turn to the left about 1/16"-1/8". Being adjusted helps it read cheaper media (burned discs). Done improperly, will no longer read anything until done right. Generally recommended using a...

i tired full size Philips DVD-R i noticed it has a slightly brighter color and my GC will not read them at all. http://youtu.be/3GEts3E-Lvk You can try using GCoS which is the easiest option before readjusting the POT. All my cubes can read 4 brands of DVD-R without issue. Sometimes the game won't ...
