Saving problem

Hey all im new to the forums however also new to using wiisx
I have recently installed the emulator to my wii and started playing crash bandicoot 2 on it however im having the problem of saving every time i try and save it it comes up with the error of failed to save..also when it says that it has saved states and i turn of my wii and go back on it doesnt have any of the saved states.

Please help. Thank you
