Unable to open sd card, can you help me out?

I keep getting the error "unable to open /wiisx/isos" on my sd card. I have tried to create the folder myself and name it properly and I have tried to copy/paste the wiiSX folder from the archive. I checked the options to make sure the sd card is the selected drive to load from. Everything looks fine. I'm using a 2GB sd card. The card seems to be working fine for loading SNES ROMS and other programs. I seem to be missing something very basic. Any help would be much appreciated.

This morning I tried reformatting my sd card and unzipping the archive directly to the card. I put a few bin/cue PS1 isos in the wiisx/iso folder. I use the homebrew channel to launch the wiiSX boot dol from the apps folder. The program loads fine. I check the settings to make sure everything is checked for sd, like the button config and save folders. Everything is already checked for sd so I make no changes. I select load ISO and pick the load from sd option. And there it is "error opening directory sd:/wiisx/iso"

What did I miss?

I tried to update my HBC from within the channel itself but the hackmii installer can't find a vulnerable IOS. I never used cioscorp but I did previously update to the official 3.4 firmware. If I remember right, that was the one that blocked future installs of the HBC without actually removing it. I think it stops updates too?

I found the USB drive I had on the wii awhile back and the WiiSX program reads from my USB drive just fine. Looks like I'll go that route untill I have time to research updating my HBC.

Thanks emu.
