I am on a mac, is there a way to get the PSX iso files larger than 4gb onto a USB stick that is fat32?

If not, what other options do I have?

Not sure why you'd want over 650MB on psx games unless you've got multi disc games combined as one single image.
As for what you want, you can use a ntfs partition via samba / smb instead

Or use ntfs-3g to directly write to an ntfs partition.

I dunno what I was thinking, it was 450mb, not 4.5gb!!! Was obviously very tired. But thanks for the advise for future reference
