WiiSX/WiiSXR PSX DVD Compatability?

I have at least one PSX game disc (An original Gex game, to be specific) and want to know if I can play it. It doesn't have the .cue and .bin, it is an original PSX disc. I tried "Load from DVD" but it says it can't read directory "/" when I try. I haven't booted WiiSXR yet but I'm going to try that later. So can I play my game? Or will I have to download a .cue and .bin of it?

CD is not DVD. The Wii can only read DVD discs and WiiSX doesn't support reading original discs from an attached DVD reader either.

Okay, thanks for the info. Is there any way I can convert it to .bin and .cue?

Make it into an ISO? Does WiiSXR read ISOs?

I have no idea whether it does or not, I'm just telling you the easiest way is to pop the discs into a computer and rip them with something like imgburn.
