GC-Emuloader
Author: eke-eke
(taken from http://code.google.com/p/gc-emuloader/)

This is a program running on Gamecube that let you load between various emulators, providing a nice graphical interface to choose between the console systems that can be emulated.

Please understand that "emuloader.dol" is useless alone as it doesn't include any emulator executables.
It's only the program that will provide the interface and will load the appropriate emulators for you.
You have to attach a 7zip archive to it, containing all the emulator dols, using Softdev's lzmaadd utility
(included in /pcutils folder).

Looks interesting, I'm gonna try it...
but I wonder whether it would be possible to change the consoles' pictures...

agree, it would be nice to change this up a little, a small update..
..and since the source is available, life just got much easier than writing a program from scratch

Well, this program is quite old and would need an overhaul before you can compile and use it properly again.
And AFAIK you would need a special programm he did not include, to exchange the pictures.
I would vote for including libpng support and use png images instead.

But the dol loading code and the lzma support are nice things to have, so it is as megalomaniac said:

I think its more practice , if all emulators are included , without Bios File , and without Roms Files , that things should be found it by each user i think

well , someone can explain me , where i put the emulators on SD

fceux , snes9xgx , genplus , cube64 , cubesx , smsplus , vbagx , neogeocd redux (sd version)
if are need it a specif name of ".dol" of each emulator

well this work to launch "scummvm ? , mplayer-ce (sd / ide-exi)" ,

Someone have tested , if work a sata>ide-exi hard disk with the lastest version (stable) of swiss , i dont know where i can get a "ide-exi" adapter , i have much hard disks , ides , and sata , but i dont have that for test.

Emu_kidd : you dont have a "version" of "swiss" , in where i can use the option of emulators "Return to loader" from SD ???

Really exist a "mame" emulator for ngc , like xmame , sdlmame , advmame , really are ported and working in ngc ???

@inukaze: As far as i know the return to loader version is not working on Gamecube at all. It only works on wii.
Mame is possible through a gc linux, I think.

besides that, all executables are attached to this loader program and will be launched from ram.

andzlay , thank you for the answer

Someone can tell me the more objetive information , about all available emulators , for gamecube plz

i just know the emulators :

Stella -> ???
fceuxgx -> Nes
snes9xgx -> Snes
smscube -> Sega Master System
cube64 -> Nintendo 64
cubesx -> playstation 1
neogeocd -> Neo Geo CD ( i cant find SD Slot A version )
genplus -> Sega Master / Master Drive ( This emulate 32X & Saturn ??? )

with gclinux :
advmame ?
xmame ?

and i wanna know if really exist :

Quake for ngc ( not for wii with ngc mode )
neogeo emulator for ngc ( no neogeocd , just neogeo )

what games of n64 , have a "save hack" to enable save game , with N64 Emulator injected ??? i have a Mario 64 & Mario Kart 64 , but i cant save games with it , and just work with 1 player.

if someone have a neogeocd sd slot-a version can share ".dol" file plz , i can't found , i have download , the lastest version , of neogeo topic in this forum, in the first page , but the dol , use the disc drive , not sd drive.

emu_kidd , dont exist a ".dol" file for test my modchip , i have xenogc 1.01 , ntsc , when i press Z , load in pal mode , when i press Y , use DRE , i think one thing of my modchip is not right . before , i load pal mode pressing Y during Boot , not Z.

and the last question if that emulator of GBA , with "GBA SP Skin" , i hope you know im talking about , the FPS are great , but i cant save , dont exist a "hacked" version , can save games ???

Quake founded , and Stella , which console emulate ?
Hugogc i know if for PC-Engine

I not use Cube64 because is extreme slowly for gameplay
the same with VGAGX with GBA Games , i just use VBAGX for play Gb / Gbc games
because GBA Natives games are slowly with a strange skip frames ( 5 or more i dont know )

I asked a friend , to let my test "Wii-mednafen" : http://code.google.com/p/wii-mednafen/downloads/list
and VbaGX in his Wii , to emulate GBA , and test the diferencies , and i wanna test "Castlevania Rondo Of Blood" with that mednafen. its just for view the game can be played.

Well i going to test that quake pre-compìled by you emu_kidd :=)
