FCE Ultra GX MOD by Tanooki

Hello, here is my MOD version of FCEUGX (Not test because no GameCube ^^)

Can you test it and tell me if all is well (including support for SD2SP2) thanks ;)

[3.4.6 MOD - December 28, 2019]

* Updated to the latest FCE Ultra GX (git a8caf23)
* Added Restored Virtual Console color palette (thanks SuperrSonic!)
Restored version adjusts brightness levels significantly
* Updated to the latest FCEUX core (git 0b4be4b)
* Updated UI color and added Wii/vWii forwarder channel v2
* Removed turbo mode on right joystick

[3.4.5 MOD - November 24, 2019]

* Updated to the latest FCEUX core (git 88d7f39)
* Added vWii forwarder channel for Wii U. Do not install on the Wii!
* Updated VS. System color palettes
* Changed trigger to go back to emulator to A+B+START and added for the Classic Controller.
Work with NES/Snes Classic Mini controllers
* Fixed dialogue box text color to screen position and controller settings
* Ajusted PAL audio sample rate

[3.4.4 MOD - October 13, 2019]

* Added separate PAL audio sample rate
* Increased sound volume in games
* Added Retrode support (thanks revvv!)
* Changed default mapping of buttons A and B
* Fixed buttons for the Zapper (thanks niuus!)
* Fixed PAL noise channel
* Added all PAL regions detection
* Removed PAL 60Hz video mode
* Fixed PAL 50Hz resolution to 576i/288p
* Enabled low quality sound
* Updated to the latest FCEUX core (git 0fc18be)
* Updated color palettes
* Changed color of UI and forwarder channel
* Based on the latest commit of FCE Ultra GX

Hi Tanooki16, please consider making a pull request back to one of the active repo's for this emulator if you haven't already so we're not dealing with so many versions :)
