Re: SD-Boot Pal and NTSC
i have the same problem with my ntsc gamecube but there seems to be no solution. every pal game I want to play is black/white. that doesnt make fun.
Re: SD-Boot Pal and NTSC
emu_kidid already said that the next version will support video mode patching. I'm 100% sure it will allow to force video modes to begin with. But forcing video modes doesn't work on all games, and i think PAL Luigis Mansion happens to be one of them. I do have video mode patches in NeoGamma for GC games, but i don't remember if they worked for that game or not.
I guess only thing you can do is wait for the new version of SD-Boot and try it.

Re: SD-Boot Pal and NTSC
Sd-boot 0.4 final rc4 can run some PAL games if you force video mode to NTSC 480i.
I don't know about Luigi's Mansion but I did it, with International Superstar Soccer 3 (PAL) and run well, with colors... tested with CRT tv and composite (av) cable.
Oh yeah, my GC is NTSC
Today I have LCD tv and component cable, but not tested any PAL game before.
