What version of Swiss are you using? Can you check when you're about to boot your game (where it shows the banner screen) if the ones that aren't working say "X Fragments"? (that means they're fragmented - there's a bug in that code I haven't fixed yet)

I took pictures so you can see what I mean
my english is not so good to describe it accurately

on the first picture you can see which version of swiss I use
and you see the games on the 64GB SD Card

Image

the games without image do not work
when I try to start such a game,
then always an error message comes up

Image

I can make a maximum of 6 games on the sd card and all work
but from the 7th game no longer works

I would fill this SD card and then perform a verify of some kind. It seems like the card cannot be read past a certain spot or your ISOs failed to copy over properly.

Maybe it is a sd card problem.
I can copy 6 Games to the card, no matter what size
and no matter is iso or gcm.

if i copy more than 6 games, the other games will not work
now i tested some other thing

i got an 8GB SD card and copy 8 Games on it,
all 8 Games work

how can you ensure that the sd card is fully compatible?
maybe 64GB is to Big

Try to read the 7th or higher game back from SD to the PC and open it in something that can read ISO files, if you can't read it there, then your SD card is faulty/cheap/clone that doesn't actually have 64GB but sounds more like 8GB. I've had this happen with very very very cheap SD cards, usually when the price is too good to be true.
