My Wavebird Left Joycon only works Up and Down

So, this issue started like 2 years ago, my Wavebird looks like new, perfectly clean inside and out, and then the left analog stick decided to only work UP and DOWN.
But it's odd, it won't move Right but the Light on the Receiver stays ON.
But moving Left, It doesn't turn on.
You guys have any idea? The analog is perfectly clean inside.
Anyway, I got one as-is from Japan for 19 Dollars with no receiver, I'll swap the insides.
I made a video to show you guys what's happening.
