just got the new laser and a new wii black shell today, dvd drive problems gone, well my new problem is that my wii remote is not working to well, i mean it works but when i have to press A, (1), (2), ect i have to press it with alot of pressure, i never drop it, and changed batteries to make sure it works but no luck, any idea whats wrong?? umm could it be maybe the capacitor needs to be replace?

when you placed the Wii DVD drive back in the Wii, were you careful with the Black and Grey wires (they are very obvious to find? One is the Wifi antenna cable and one the BlueTooth. If you accidentally cut these you will need to replace them. Also make sure the Bluetooth module did not come out of place.

yea i checked everythings connected like it should, i have 4 wii remotes, funny thing 3 of them work but the other doesnt, i open the entire remote but no signs of leaking or swelling on the capacitor, i guess i need to replace it for a new one right?

possibly. I've had remotes like that - usually a full re-synd with the red buttons fixed them

@emu_kidid.. just bought a brand new wii remote plus.. to bad i never found what the problem had on the other wii remote.. u think it could be because im using a wii charge station???

hmm, I'm not sure.. I have a controller that's doing almost the same thing now.. probably dropped it too many times
